Worst customer service. I received a broken sword and after 25 days they did an exchange but even the exchanged one was broken. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times but they have stopped responding because they know they messed up. There should be some sort of accountability. The exchanged sword was broken, had elfy marks all over it and even the blade was loose which is a safety hazard in itself. Won’t recommend.
Got exactly what's shown in the pic, excellent craftsmanship, got the whole package. Wont suggest any one to get it sharp, cause then its actually sharp and wont be used that much or openly displayed in a home with kids, but if u want that OG sword vibe like warrior get it sharp with the cover. Definitely will recommend
